Sanremo Young - Rai1 is a new musical competition for soloists and bands. Tryouts are being held until December 31, 2017 and are open to all talented youth born in the 2000s and who are 14 years old or older.
The selected performers will sing predominantly famous Italian songs and will be accompanied by the Orchestra. The 5 episodes will be filmed at the Teatro Ariston in Sanremo.
